Finished quilts are sent via flat rate shipping boxes which include up to $50 of insurance. If you wish to purchase more insurance for package, let me know!
Once an order is shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem!
